The Côté Scène apartment is a bright and comfortable 60m² space on the 2nd floor of a quiet, well-maintained residence. It boasts a south-facing terrace, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean sunshine, along with modern, functional amenities.

The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine...) so you won't lack anything!

The bedroom has a double bed and cupboards to store all your things.

The bathroom has a nice shower cubicle, a towel dryer, and a storage unit with a hair dryer.

The flat is always cleaned by our cleaning staff before your arrival. Bed and bath linen is provided.

The flat is ideally located, a few meters from the Croisette and the Rue d'Antibes. The Palais des Festivals is only a 20 minute walk from the flat.

Note: There is an air conditioner that can be used as a heater.
