Enjoy sweeping mountain vistas and prime access to the slopes, hiking trails, and golf from this spacious, four-bedroom alpine retreat with over two acres of outdoor space! Situated near Waterville Estates, this home boasts a central location to some of New Hampshire's best all-season attractions, including two of the state's 4,000-footers - Mounts Tecumseh and Osceola - as well as Waterville Valley, Loon Mountain, Cannon Mountain, Bretton Woods, and Owl's Nest Golf Course - ranked as the sixth best Nicklaus-designed course in the world! Great shopping, restaurants, and other recreational activities in Waterville Valley, Lincoln, and Plymouth are also within easy reach. Lounge in the main living area or out on the backyard's Adirondack chairs while taking in the view. You'll also find a large, sloped backyard that is excellent for sledding in winter! In the evening, go to the outdoor firepit to roast some s'mores while recapping the day's events or planning the next adventure.

The interior comes well-appointed, with strong natural lighting and modern amenities to keep the whole group comfortable and thoroughly entertained. The main level features wall-to-wall windows, offering stellar views from every room. The living area is perfect for relaxing while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV, playing a few board games, or diving into a new novel. The updated kitchen comes well-equipped with full-size, stainless steel appliances and accessories, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. A large selection of classic board games and puzzles can be found in the credenza in the dining room, while a large assortment of books can be found on the shelves in the living area. The primary bedroom on this floor features an en suite bathroom.

The fully furnished lower level features even more windows looking out toward the mountains, a pool table, a dart board, and a second living area equipped with a sectional and a smart TV. This floor also features a laundry room with direct access to the backyard. Upstairs on the second floor, two guest bedrooms have mountain views. Over the garage, you'll find a large bonus room with an additional TV and a workout space with mats and exercise equipment.

Beautiful home! Brand new and sparkling clean. Easy drive right of exit 28. Beautiful furnishings and an unbelievable view. Owner was very responsive. Plenty of room for a family to spread out. Great place to stay!

Cheerful, comfortable home, close to the heart of the White Mountains. Convenient to I93. Sunny rooms with very nice views of the mountains and wide open sky for stargazing. Had a very nice stay.

Great summer long weekend!

Everything was perfect. We expected to hit lots of traffic heading up and were surprised when we made it up in record time. Just as I pulled into town I received an email telling us to feel free to check in early, perfect timing! The views were spectacular, and we had plenty of room for the whole family. We attended a wedding at Owl's Nest and were located only about 3 miles away. I would recommend 100%!

Spacious house with huge garage

We used this house for a motorcycle trip base. I didn't want to be too close to Laconia.(45 mins or so) It would be great for outdoor activities, too. Sleeps 8 separately I think which was great for our purposes. Huge garage fit 6 bikes easily. 3 trailers fit in driveway. Well kept and clean. Recommended!

lovely family retreat

We were 3 generations and a labradoodle traveling to a college graduation and this home was perfect. A master suite for us hosts, two 2nd floor bedrooms with a separating bath for the grandparents and a lower level with game room/tv, bath and 4 beds for the teens/young adults. Communication was great. Kitchen was well stocked. House was clean and comfortable, including nice sheets and towels. The view over the valley was lovely and while the weather did not permit using the fire pit in the back yard, it would have been fun! The home was easy to find and there is tons of parking. Would highly recommend!

Nice place for a family trip

We stayed here with family and friends, plenty of space. Good set up for teens to stay in one room. House was clean. Appreciated the amount of towels and pillows. We planned on cooking so I bought up specific things I needed but expected the kitchen to be better stocked. Surprised to find no wine glasses. Great views and nice location.

Great location for Loon

We stayed at this property for a long weekend of skiing at Loon. It was about 15-20 min drive to the mountain. The house itself was very nice and clean. We did run into a snag where the hot tub kept tripping and power would turn off which was a bummer since that's the primary reason we rented the house. But, texting w/Vacasa who in turn contacted the property manager was very smooth and easy. The cleaning crew did not leave until 4:01pm so they're not kidding about those check-in times. Granted we did not request early check-in, so that's on us, but just a heads up if you felt like us that they'd be finished well before then - nope!

Great Ski House

My friends and I rented this house for a ski trip to Waterville Valley. We had an amazing time and the house was plenty big for the 10 of us. Really appreciated the cleanliness and plenty of cooking supplies needed to make big meals for our group. Unfortunately hot tub was out of service and no darts for the dart board. Otherwise great play to stay for a weekend getaway.

Nice home!

This home is very nice. A perfect setup for our family of 7. We had room to spread out and also places to gather together. The home is spotlessly clean and had easy check in and check out procedures. There is a beautiful view from the home and a garage spot that can be used, which is convenient.

Laconia Bike Week Trip

This is a great base camp for everything Laconia. It was so nice to have the garage to store our motorcycles in and the hot tub was great at the end of a day of riding. Would have been nice to have an outdoor grill, but we made due. Look forward to booking again next year.

Great property

We had 2 families; 9 people. The house was great. Plenty of room. The hot tub was working and was great! The property has a large yard and a great sledding hill for the kids. They even have have sleds available to use (our kids broke one but we replaced it). The house is centrally located to Plymouth, Woodstock, and the lakes. Vacasa did a great job of communicating with us throughout the entire process. Great trip!

Beautiful and a lot of room

We were 8 adults there for 2 nights on a motorcycle road trip. The place was perfect, except two things: there is no air conditioning ( it was pretty hot inside there) and there was some construction works in the neighborhood that started has early has 06:35 in the morning.

Views

The property is in great shape, well cared for and well apportioned. The views to the west are beautiful. All utensils and dinnerware and cookware was good quality and plentiful (a pet peeve of mine staying in other properties). If you're going to ski or hike or do other outdoor activities its a great location. There are also several good restaurants nearby.

Perfect winter break!

Beautiful home, exceptionally clean, fantastic views! Our family of four, plus our dog, enjoyed every minute of our recent stay. Very conveniently located to Waterville Valley for snowboarding each day. This home has all the amenities a family could need without the clutter. Private location while still being close to town too. Check in and out was simple and efficient. We hope to add this to our annual vacation spots!

Excellent family stay

We had a fantastic stay at this property with teenagers, a preschooler, and a dog. Plenty of room to spread out when we needed some space, but also room for everyone to gather without feeling cramped. Gorgeous views, super clean. Exactly what we were hoping for! We will return if we get the opportunity!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The view is lovely, and there is tons of space inside for people to gather together or spread out and have privacy. The hot tub was not working unfortunately, but we were notified by email ahead of checking in about it. Tons of snow which was amazing! Thank you!
