Outside you can take a refreshing dip in the private saltwater swimming pool with views of the Mediterranean Sea in the background. The pool measures 9 x 4 metres and has a depth of 1.50 to 3.50 metres. Next to it, the bar area is perfect for an aperitif after a swim. In addition, the property has billiards, a sauna, a gym and a children's play area, for an entertaining afternoon after spending the morning at the beach. In the evening, the best plan is to cook a delicious barbecue and enjoy it under the porch next to the house. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby.

The stylish interior of the 2-storey house has all the necessary equipment for a perfect stay. The large living room with kitchen offers a Smart TV, satellite channels, and a ceramic hob. Still, on the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, the first one with a double bed and the second one with a bunk bed. Also on the ground floor, we have a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. On the first floor, we have 3 more bedrooms, all of them with a double bed and one of them with a bathroom en suite too. There is a third bathroom with a shower for the rest of this floor. The property is equipped with ducted air conditioning, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, as well as a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

The property is located in Portals Nous, a residential area in the south of Majorca known for its proximity to the impressive marina of Puerto Portals, one of the most prestigious in Europe. Here you can find numerous luxury yachts and boats as well as exclusive shops and fine dining restaurants. It is also a popular destination for golf lovers, with several high-quality golf courses nearby. The beach of Portals Nous is known for its beauty and crystal clear waters, which invite for swimming, snorkelling, and other water activities.


Please note: We are unable to accommodate guests under 25 years old, unless they are part of a family. Young groups and parties are not allowed. A copy of the passport for each guest is required to confirm the booking.
Check with the host for any additional charges. Pets are not permitted. Hosting events is not allowed.
The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid in cash upon check-in. The fee ranges from 0.55€ per night per guest during the low season to 2.2€ per night per guest during the high season. The tax is halved starting on the 9th day of your stay. All guests are required to pay the Ecotasa, except for those under 16 years of age.
A deposit is required upon arrival and should be paid directly to the owner.
