With 4 elegantly furnished bedrooms, and 2 spacious bathrooms, each area is thoughtfully designed to cater to your every need. The four bedrooms offer a mix of queen and single beds, making this ideal for both family gatherings or cozy getaways with friends.

From a fully equipped kitchen to air conditioning and a smart TV, to children's books and toys for our younger guests, we've got it all. - Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- For your security and safety this property has an active Cctv camera overlooking the driveway and front yard. They will be on during your stay.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced (see photos)
- Air conditioning is only available in the main living room.
- This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
- NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property (it does not record speech) and allows us to respond to noise issues. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
