This very house consists of a beautiful living space of 120 sq. m and includes:
- a nice terrace with barbecue giving on a 500 sq. m garden,
- a comfortable living room,
- three bedrooms with queen size beds (160 cm),
- a bedroom with bunk beds,
- two bathrooms with showers,
- a well equipped kitchen (coffee machine, mixer, kettle, microwave, fridge, freezer, hotplates, dishwasher),
- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, washing machine, dryer, baby bed,
- work desk.

Please note that the rooms are interconnected.

Two steps away from the sea and close to Cabourg center, you will not lack anything to enjoy a wonderful stay in Normandy. In addition to being close to all the stores and restaurants of the city, you will be just a 5-min walk away from the casino with its garden: the best place for a nice stroll on the Marcel Proust promenade! You will also be able to find the Halle du Marché covered marketplace at 10 min on foot and the train station at 20 min. Lastly, you will be a 30-min drive away from the cities of Deauville or Caen.
