Located in the heart of the historical center, just a few minutes stroll to Jbeil Marina, where you can catch breathtaking sunsets. Explore the charming pedestrian bazaar filled with various restaurants, cafes, and souvenir shops. Sleeping space:

The cozy sleeping area features a comfortable queen-sized bed, reached by a charming spiral staircase that adds a touch of elegance and a loft-like feel.

For additional guests two plush couches easily convert into extra beds, accommodating up to 4 people.

The spacious living area features two comfortable couches, cozy chairs, and a smart TV with Netflix, creating the perfect spot for relaxing or gathering with friends and family.

Kitchen:
We’ve prepared everything you need to enjoy a lovely meal: dishes, cutlery, and wine glasses are all provided. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and a fridge for your convenience.

We are a pet-friendly apartment. However, we kindly ask you to include your furry friends in your reservation. A refundable $100 pet deposit per pet is required. If pets cause any damage, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.

HOUSE RULES and POLICIES

Electricity Usage:

For monthly bookings, the electricity bill is not included in the booking price and will be charged separately based on actual usage. The typical monthly cost is around $100, but this may vary depending on usage. Thank you for understanding!

Smoking Policy:

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Guests may smoke outside the apartment. .

Events policy:

Small gatherings are allowed before 23:00. Please keep the music low, and let’s keep the property quiet after 23:00.

Loud parties are not allowed.

Safety:
Keep the main gate closed at all times.

Damage

Clean up any spills or messes promptly to prevent stains or damage. Damages or stains may incur a fee for repairs or cleaning. If any damage occurs, inform us promptly—we understand accidents can happen.

We totally get that things can break, but if we find any unreported damage after checkout, we might have to apply a charge. Just let us know if something happens, and we’ll take care of it together.

Pets policy:

We welcome your pets to stay with you, but only those registered in advance.
Please keep your pets off the furniture and beds.
Any damage caused by pets, including excessive shedding or fur on furniture, will incur an additional fee or deducted from your pet damage deposit.
