Nestled on 2.59 acres with approximately 250 feet of prime waterfrontage, this serene retreat offers unparalleled privacy and access to endless outdoor fun. Lake Anna is a beloved destination for swimming, boating, hiking, camping, fishing, and wildlife watching. With a private covered boat dock and swim platform, you’re welcome to bring your boat and explore. Enjoy provided kayaks, a paddleboard, and a canoe—or dive into the water from the diving board (8–9 feet deep), or wade in gradually from the shallows.

After a swim, rinse off in the outdoor shower before firing up the grill or smoker on the sundeck. Dine al fresco while enjoying scenic views of Busbees Island—an eagle nesting ground perfect for birdwatching.

Inside, the home boasts stained glass touches, vaulted ceilings, and wood accents. Relax in the spacious living room with a smart TV, fireplace, books, and games, or head to the lakefront deck for more views. The oak kitchen is fully equipped with a Sub-Zero fridge, skylights, and a stone backsplash. Enjoy meals in the dining area or unwind in the sunroom overlooking the lake.

The home features six bedrooms—two on each floor. The main level includes a bedroom with deck access and one with an en suite. Upstairs, two bedrooms share a luxurious bathroom with a jetted tub. The ground floor includes a rec area with a pool table, bar, games, and another smart TV.

Additional amenities include a washer/dryer and an EV charging outlet (travel charger required).

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: Private boat dock that guests can use to tie up their boats. Guests can also use the covered boat slip as well.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
