Riverside is a vibrant neighborhood located along the Niagara River. This neighborhood is known for the Riverside Park. The 22-acre park was designed in 1898 and it was the last park the Olmsted firm designed in Buffalo.
Riverside is conveniently located near several major highways, making it easy to get around the city and beyond. Downtown Buffalo is just a short drive away, where residents can enjoy world-class dining, shopping, and entertainment.
Riverside is a wonderful neighborhood for those seeking a peaceful and friendly community within the city of Buffalo.
It is located in Riverside. Public buses are accessible as well, along with ride sharing apps.
Ample free street parking is available for your vehicle.

You can walk to local restaurants, deli, pizzeria, and supermarket.
Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial supply.
IDs of the individuals booking will be needed as per our policy.
Pet fee - $125 is per pet and a second pet is charged extra $125 .
You are required to send a photo of your pet as well as vet records. Only small pets are allowed under 50lbs.
There are of bugs in this area (especially during warmer months). The house does not have an infestation, but they can get inside if doors or windows are left open. We do NOT provide refunds as a result of bugs getting inside the house.
Locals must contact the host before booking.
There cannot be more than 10 persons in and out of the property at any one point of time. The violation of this rule could lead to immediate removal of all guests without refund.
Only the person that booked the reservation is allowed to check-in.
You must have a valid phone number for accessibility.
All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any undeclared guests will be considered an additional $40 per day and could still lead to the removal of the reservation if any of these people are deemed unsuitable guests by the host or Airbnb.
If you have a complaint about any aspect of the property (e.g., amenities, cleanliness, etc.), then you are authorizing us to come into the property to solve the problem up to the standards that you require. We do not need permission to access the property if there is something you deemed unsuitable that needs remedy.
This is a self check-in property. You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions you are being provided by the Airbnb host.
You also agree that you will not contact your Airbnb host before reading the house rules.
Pets shall only potty outdoors and/or in the designated areas in the community. Guests found disrespecting the community policies may be fined and/or may have their reservation cancelled without refund.
Garbage is to be thrown out in a sealed bag and taken out to the bins outside. Please ensure to separate the recyclables and garbage, disposing incorrectly will result in a $50.00 fine, as we have to compensate our cleaners to properly organize.
Please lock all windows and doors if you are not home and upon check-out.
Please turn off lights when not in use. Please make sure all lights are turned OFF at the time of check-out.
There is a $200 smoking fee.
CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES:
- Please place all used towels and linens on the bathroom floor.
- Please throw all waste away prior to check-out.
There is a $50 late check-out fee if your late check-out is unauthorized for more than 30 minutes.
If you hold possession of the property for more than 2 hours after the allowed check-out time, then we will charge you for an additional day. However, this does not award you the possession for an additional day (base rate without any discount).
If the home is extremely dirty after check-out beyond what a courteous guest would normally leave, then there is a charge of extra $100 fee for cleaning.
You agree you are booking in good will with your host and you will not attempt to damage your hosts business because you are unhappy with the ruling by Airbnb or the host in the event that you experience anything dissatisfying in regards to your stay or you can't come to a resolution, you are waiving your right to a trial and if we sue you and this has to go on trial for any reason you agree to pay all court and attorney fees that the host incur in addition to damages.
- Neighborhood & Safety:
Our apartment is located in an up-and-coming neighborhood. While we have never had any safety concerns, we want guests to be aware that it is a diverse community with residents from various backgrounds. Cancellations due to perceptions of the neighborhood will not be accepted after arrival.
Please be aware that our city has been negatively impacted by the economic downturn caused by the pandemic. Some guests are surprised to see abandoned buildings with boarded up windows in certain areas. Despite the rundown appearance, the area is quite safe and we have never had any safety issues here.
