We are looking forward to your arrival. NO PARTIES. Each additional guest caught on the premises will result in an additional fine of $100 per person and immediate removal from the property.
No smoking or pets inside the unit. If you are caught smoking or having pets inside the unit, there will be a $400 fine.
Additional House Rules:
1- Before Booking please do not misstate the number of guests you are traveling with and read our house rules and make sure you can commit to the contents of it.
2- Quiet Hours: Please keep the noise down between 10 pm and 7 am. It means no loud talking or watching loud TV or listening to loud music and running around the house.
3- No Parties: We have zero tolerance for our guests staging a party in out house. The penalty for staging a party, event, or inviting additional visitors into the house without prior knowledge and consent is $500 and immediate cancellation of your booking.
4. Remove dirty shoes inside the house.
5- refrain from eating in the bedrooms.
6- Do not flush dental floss, feminine products or household garbage down the toilet.
7. Absolutely no Smoking or vaping inside the house: the fine for smoking inside the house is $400.
8 - refrain from rearranging the furniture: Moving and pushing around furniture on the laminate flooring will scratch the floor
9- No unregistered guests : During your stay our house is only available for our Vrbo guests. You are not allowed to invite guests even for a very short visit.
10- When you are cooking please turn on the fan. Aromatic cooking and deep frying of any kinds are prohibited in the house. if you cook please clean up the stove and cook top.
11- Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere inside the property. If you cause the authorities to come to our house your booking will be canceled and you will be ask to leave the premises without a refund.
12- If you damaged or broke something during your stay please notify me via Vrbo or my phone number.
13-Keep the doors locked while you are in or out of the house. -Do not keep the windows/doors open while the air conditioning or heating is on.
14-Do not leave any garbage or dirty dishes behind.
15-Our check out time is 11 am if you are running late please notify us.
16-When you are checking out please make sure you are locking the doors and notify me upon checking out
17- If your booking occurred during winter season. You must be ready to clear and shovel the snow and put salt. We will provide the salt and shovel. Snow plow will clear the driveway if more than 3 inches.
No pets allowed.
18- No Pets: the fine for bringing your pets inside the house is $300
