One Particular Harbor at Margaritaville is a beautiful, lush, luxurious gated community that offers pristine resort amenities. Short term stay (less than one month) amenities include free WIFI, covered parking, heated pool, children's play area, splash zone, and a grilling area with picnic tables. A marina with wet and dry boat storage is adjacent to the property and available for an additional fee. Long term stay (one month or longer) amenities ALSO include access to the $4.2 M waterfront beach club. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are located on the front side of the condo. Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed and a 50' Smart TV and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and a 50' Smart Tv and a full bathroom just down the hallway.

Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for a month or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with a private pool and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, and kayak launch. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters and lush landscaping throughout the community.
Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
