It is composed of:

• an entry hallway



• a living room with a pull-out couch (140 x 200 cm) for two people, a low table, a dining table with four chairs, a drawer, a TV and Internet/WiFi



• an american type kitchen completely furnished with fridge/freezer, induction hobs, dishwasher, combi oven, coffemaker, toaster, electric kettle and everything that is needed to cook.



• a room with a double bed (140 x 200cm) and a big wardrobe



• a separated bathroom with a cabinet, basin and a towel dryer

The parking space is located at the public parking "Bourse" at Place de la Bourse.

Apartment equipped with hair dryer, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing table.

Linen is provided (linen, towels and tea towels) and beds are made on arrival


 

Extra fees :


Late arrivals, supplements apply:

30€ between 8pm and 10pm,


50€ between 10pm and 11pm,


80€ after 11pm.

Check-out/check-in: until 11am maximum.


Depending on the agreed time, we'll meet you at the apartment to collect the keys.

Sundays and public holidays:


If you plan to arrive or depart on a Sunday or a French calendar holiday, a surcharge of €30 applies, to be paid on arrival.

Cleaning:


The price for cleaning in the advertisement corresponds to a stay of less than two weeks. 


If your stay is longer than two weeks, the price of cleaning will be doubled. You will be asked to pay the balance. 


Example: in a case where the initial cleaning is 60€, for more than two weeks, it will be 120€.
