The accommodation overlooks the exclusive Via D'Azeglio, in front of the house of the famous Bolognese singer-songwriter Lucio Dalla, in a popular shopping pedestrian zone, often decorated with art installations. Far from busy streets and surrounded by ancient historic buildings, the evocative atmosphere will make your stay a once-in-a-lifetime experience.



The apartment offers widee spaces and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It is located on the third floor without elevator. It has a self-check-in system that will allow you to manage check-in flexibly and autonomously.

This accommodation is part of a larger apartment consisting of 2 residential units: HouSmart Corte Galluzzi 7/1 and HouSmart Corte Galluzzi 7/2, both visible on the platform and separately bookable for a total of 3 + 4 guests.



The entrance to the accommodation, very bright, is on the living area, which consists of a living room with a very comfortable and elegant sofa bed for 2 people, a glass desk, a 55'' SMART TV, a modern open kitchenette, with brand new equipment, which overlooks the large peninsula dining table with design-style bar stools.

In the kitchenette you will find everything you need: dishes, crockery, fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, gas hob, kettle, dishwasher and coffee machine.

A small dressing room with washing machine precedes a magnificent bathroom with a large shower box with stone seat and equipped with a hairdryer.

You will also find a bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

Guests will be provided with towels, sheets and a small personal hygiene kit.

Air conditioning, adjustable heating and free internet access are provided.



Check-in is possible only from 3PM.

Instructions for key collection will be sent on the day of check-in. The instructions will be provided ONLY IF you will complete the online check-in, through a link that we will send you by email the day before your arrival. You will be asked to enter your personal information (the communication of guest information is MANDATORY in Italy for security reasons).
