On the ground floor is the main entertaining space which comprises of a living/dining room, a modern fitted kitchen with all the equipment a budding chef could possibly need. On the first floor are the four bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed and en-suite, a second bedroom with a double and two further bedrooms both with singles, there is also a family bathroom with shower over bath.

Perfectly located to enjoy all this seaside town has to offer from the beautiful beach and 3-mile esplanade, the Marine Park Gardens, Butlins Resort plus lovely array of shops found on the high street and nearby pubs and restaurants. For keen golfers, Bognor Regis Golf Club is less than 10 minutes away, alternatively, those that enjoy walking, cycling of hiking should visit the nearby South Downs National Park. The cathedral city of Chichester is only 5 miles away and well worth a visit, the broad streets are packed with listed buildings, headed by the towering presence of the cathedral, neatly enclosed within the ancient but fantastically preserved Roman city walls. It has a cosmopolitan vibrant and friendly city proudly combining two thousand years of heritage with a lively lifestyle. Visit Arundel with its historic castle and Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust, Fontwell Park Racecourse and, of course, no visit to West Sussex is complete without frequenting the spectacular Goodwood Estate, home to the world-famous Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival and Goodwood Festival. You can of course also jump on the train at Bognor Regis station and travel east towards Brighton. Alternatively, visit Portsmouth and its historic dockyard, admire the Spinnaker Tower, historic ships or enjoy waterside dining and shopping at Gunwharf Quays, and finally, for an excellent day trip, take a ferry across the Solent to the Isle of Wight.
