• No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin.
• Pets: Pets are permitted. There is a pet fee we collect at the time of booking
•Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 11.00 pm to 7.00 am
•Trash Disposal: Please collect the trash bags and out them in the wooden box provided on the side of the cabin
•Maximum Occupancy: The cabin accommodates up to 8 guests.

• Heating/Cooling: The thermostat is located on the main floor near kitchen
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with needed appliances. Please clean up after use.
• Laundry: The washer and dryer are located in the basement. Instructions: Are posted on the wall
• Entertainment: TVs are available in each bedroom and the living room. Enjoy our hot tub designed to fit 6 adults
• Outdoor Area: Enjoy the deck and barbecue grill. Please clean the grill after use.
