The Space:

Stay Awhile is a breathtaking mountain cabin in an exclusive paved gated community less than 5 minutes from downtown with many amenities and beautiful views of the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Georgia. It is about 5-15 minutes to all the exciting amenities of Blue Ridge Georgia (Mercier Orchards, grocery stores, Blue Ridge Lake and Marina, Serenity Spa, Toccoa River, Aska Trails, etc.). It will accommodate as many as 14 people. Treat yourself to an extraordinary getaway in the mountains!



This 5-bedroom cabin rental is perfect for large families and groups of friends! Whether you're hanging out on the wrap around porches and grilling or relaxing in the hot tub, cozying up next to the indoor/outdoor fireplaces, or enjoying the spacious floor plan, the beautiful mountain views offer the perfect backdrop to your relaxing getaway in the mountains!



The Main Floor features an open living room with a wall of windows highlighting the view. There is a half bath, shuffleboard, gas fireplace and LG Smart TV with cable & DVD player, making meal times and movie nights extra cozy. (Please note that gas fireplaces in this cabin are only operable October’s through April as they heat the entire cabin.) The main level deck has a gorgeous lounge area overlooking the mountains with a dining/game table, and a gas fireplace. On the side deck there is a cozy swinging bed and a gas grill.



The dining room table seats 8-10 with 5 additional seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a gas stove, a massive whirlpool fridge/freezer, microwave, keurig and drip coffee pot, crockpot, blender, salt/pepper, toaster, pots and pans, pizza cutter, wine opener, cutlery, and dishes.



The main floor also features a King Master bedroom & bathroom, with Smart TV/cable, deck access, and a laundry area with cleaning supplies for guests & a baby gate.



On the Top level there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a tub shower. Both have queen beds and Samsung cable TV's.



The Lower Level features a second entertainment area with a pool table that can be converted into ping pong table, dart board, mini wet bar with fridge and sink, cable TV, DVD player, and a wii (guests will need to bring their own movies and games). There are 2 bedrooms on this floor and a bathroom with a shower. The first bedroom is a king bedroom with Cable/Smart TV. The second bedroom is a kids room with 2 double beds and 2 single beds with a Smart TV. The lower level deck is perfect for a day full of fun and features cornhole boards, a hot tubs that seats 6 at a time, a fire pit, and a hammock! There is firewood provided for your convenience!

The cabin and hot tub are professionally cleaned and disinfected in between every guest stay. Minimum age to rent this cabin is 25. All guests that book are required to sign a rental agreement PDF.



No pets allowed. This is to respect the owners pet allergies and potential guest allergies. Due to past guests ignoring this rule, if pets are brought to the cabin without being approved, there will be a $400 fine. We take this seriously to help our guests feel safe at all times.



No smoking of any kind allowed (cigarettes, cigar, weed, vape, candles, etc)

Please note Trailers and RVs are not allowed in this HOA

The Neighborhood:

This neighborhood is gated and paved. It is located about 5 minutes from town, but still feels private and surrounded by nature. Trailers are not allowed in this HOA.
