Knotty by Nature is designed with family and friends in mind. Open spaces mean you never miss a moment of laughter and conversation.



Over-the-top amenities let you make each meal a blue-ribbon winner, and porch sitting is our favorite pastime in the woods. Unwind to the sounds of nature that surround you as you watch the sun close out the day.



Knotty by Nature will keep you relaxed, BUT



it doesn’t always have to be “chill”! Get a healthy dose of competition in the game room, and always keep score! You’ll need those numbers for the rematch!







Knotty by Nature is in a prime location to experience all North Georgia has to offer. Hiking to our famous Amicalola Waterfall, floating the serene Cartecay River, and fishing in Carters Lake are huge attractions for the adventurous!



If you are looking for something a little more refined, we’ve got you covered. Ellijay is home to award-winning wineries and vineyards. Take a wine tour and put your tastebuds to the test!



The shops in downtown Ellijay include an eclectic group of artisans, foodies, and a one-of-a-kind Cigar Bar. Those are just a few, but we have so much more!

DOGS ONLY Guests are responsible for any damages that result from pets. No pets on furniture or in hot tub. Any delays in housekeeping because of pet hair on furniture, Guests agree to pay an additional housekeeping fee of a minimum of $25 with a maximum of $250.00 . Any pet hair found in hot tub or filter will result in a minimum charge of $100. This fee is non refundable.



Knotty by Nature is a cozy and inviting 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom log home that can sleep up to Nine (9) guests and offers the following:

Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1 washcloth per person listed on the guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll of paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid, and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.



Required Fees include a $235 Cleaning Fee, a $65 Damage Protection Waiver, a processing fee, a guest service fee, and a 15% lodging tax
