I am delighted to welcome you in a recent apartment on the first floor of a villa: lake 10 min walk, ocean 10 min by car, Dune du Pyla and Arcachon in 30 minutes.
Large bright living room with fully equipped kitchen, living room sofa 1.40m. Bathroom with Italian shower, spacious bedroom with 1.60m bed.
We finally have FIBER! so TV and wifi .. . Board games on request.
We will be happy to welcome families with babies. On request: travel cot, high chair, bathtub
Cleaning, sheets + towels provided.

Location: Ideally located on the golf course. Nature lovers will enjoy the proximity on foot to the lake, and in a few minutes the ocean.

On foot you also have Maguide and its AquaPark, pedal boat rental, restaurants and bars with your feet in the water: magical! and mini golf for the whole family so many activities to enhance your stay.

**Variable arrival time. If the apartment has not been rented the day before, it is possible to arrive in the morning. Self-arrival possible with code and a key box.
The municipality of Biscarrosse asks for a tourist tax of 1.05 euro /day/ adult to be paid via the host. Indeed, currently Airbnb does not have an agreement with the municipality of Biscarrosse!
In winter: electricity in actual costs not included.
In July and August arrival and departure on Saturdays only
