Our studios, at approximately 25 m², offer everything you need for a relaxing stay. These one-room apartments stand out for their central location right in the heart of Binz, just 100 meters from the beach, as well as their stylish decor and high-quality amenities.

The combined living and sleeping area features a 1.80-meter-wide sleeper sofa that offers both comfort and functionality. A balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and wind down at the end of the day.

The apartments feature a modern, fully equipped kitchenette that leaves nothing to be desired: an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and electric stove are all part of the standard amenities, making self-catering convenient and easy.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink to offer you maximum comfort even in a small space.

For a stress-free arrival, a parking space is available right next to the building for loading and unloading. During your stay, you’ll receive a free parking space in a nearby large parking lot.

The total price includes all operating costs, internet access, and a parking space. Please note that Binz is subject to a visitor’s tax.
