There is plenty of space for four people to spread out with accommodation comprising two bedrooms and a very spacious family bathroom on the first floor. On the ground floor is the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a smart TV and comfortable furniture, and access to both gardens. The kitchen area has all you’ll need for your stay. The front garden has a decking area and tiered sections with views over the estuary, and at the back of the property where you will enter to save you climbing the stairs at the front, there’s an enclosed courtyard with additional lounging and seating facilities and a shed with a washing machine and tumble dryer. As parking is on the surrounding streets there’s even a handy trolley for your cases.

The property is perfectly positioned for Appledore’s lovely quay which benefits from gorgeous views out towards Instow which is easily reached by car or ferry. Back in Appledore there are plenty of quaint village streets which host a wide range of cafés, public houses, and boutique shops. The historic port town of Bideford is just two miles away and offers a taste of traditional North Devon life with its weekly pannier market. The sandy beach of Westward Ho! with its great views out towards Lundy Island which can be visited on a day trip is popular with surfers, windsurfers, and beach lovers alike and is just over two miles away. And other amazing beaches (some of the best in the UK) like Saunton Sands, Woolacombe and Croyde are all within easy reach by car. There are plenty of local attractions and amenities nearby including Royal North Devon Golf Course - the oldest in Britain, horse riding stables, an indoor swimming pool, fishing, sailing and water-skiing facilities.
