Welcome to Hart Mountain 12, a beautifully updated, single-level Sunriver retreat designed for comfort, connection, and adventure. Located on a quiet lane and just a 5-minute walk to Sunriver’s new dog park, this home offers the perfect blend of modern living and the outdoor lifestyle Sunriver is loved for.



Inside, you’ll find bright, open spaces with brand-new quartz counters, stainless appliances, vaulted ceilings, and cozy seating around the gas fireplace. Every bedroom features charming built-in window seats, perfect for reading, relaxing, or stargazing at night.



The home’s layout is ideal for families, couples, and groups. The primary king suite is set on its own private end of the home and features a spa-like soaking tub and a spacious closet. On the opposite side, the second king bedroom provides peaceful comfort, and the bunk/bonus room includes a twin pull-out sleeper chair and a Super Nintendo retro gaming console for classic family fun. Everything is on a single level—comfortable and accessible for all ages.
