We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Bellevaux, this charming flat with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 49 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², an open equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a mezzanine, a bathroom and a balcony not overlooked. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area:
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
Night area:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×200).
- A mezzanine with three single beds.
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- A separate toilet.

Outside :
- A balcony of 4.5 m², facing west, to enjoy the view and the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, baby bed, plancha.

The flat is ideally located in Bellevaux, in a very pleasant environment with direct access to the ski area (Hirmentaz - Les Habères) directly from the flat (chairlift at 60 metres - ski to the foot). You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as a ski shop at 100 metres, ski pass/day ticket offices at 100 metres, restaurants, bars...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the parking spaces at the foot of the chalet (not numbered), access secured by a barrier.

As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Skibus Bellevaux (free shuttles to travel between the two ski areas and the centre of the village of Bellevaux)
- Brev'bus shuttle
- Nearest train station: Bons-en-Chablais train station, about 28 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Geneva airport, about 50 minutes by car.

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Free wifi is available.
- One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking.
- A ski room with private locker.
