Additional rules
*The happy pet fee is $250/stay or $350/month and covers up to two pets. Guest is responsible for all indoor and outdoor cleanup related to furry friends staying at the property. If additional cleaning is required to remove signs/smells of the pet, an additional cleaning fee will be applied.

*Unauthorized guests, visitors, or pets are not permitted. The unauthorized visitor/guest fee is $100/person and the pet fee is $250/pet. We observe strict quiet hours from 10:00 pm-8:00 am. Amplified music is not permitted at any time.

*Guests that are under 25 years old need to contact the Host before Instant Booking.

*For the comfort of our guests, neighbors, and team members, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted within thirty (30) feet of the property, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke, a $250 fee will be applied.

*Our property is booked back-to-back and our cleaning system is a carefully orchestrated process. At select properties, with a day's notice, we can accommodate an early check-in or late checkout of up to three (3) hours for a flat fee paid in advance. Should our home become ready earlier than 3:00 pm, we'll invite you to check in at no extra charge. Standard checkout is 11:00 am and the overstay fee is $100.

*The moderate cleaning fee is to sanitize our home. Guests are required to wash/dry/return dishes, collect excess trash, hang wet towels, and return furniture to its original location. Our lovely cleaning staff will do the laundry, wipe down surfaces, vacuum, and make the beds. If our home requires additional cleaning, a supplementary cleaning fee will be collected.
