Welcome to the spacious Loft at the Arc de Triomf in Barcelona with terrace, pool and free Wi-Fi!

The Loft in the Arc de Triomf in Barcelona has 60 m² and is located in the most central area of the city. In addition to a terrace with a solarium-pool and free Wi-Fi in all areas, including the pool, this loft can accommodate up to 6 people. Its design has open spaces and an interior that will make you feel at home.

The spacious living-dining room is at the heart of the apartment and offers access to an interior gallery. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The loft has 2 double beds and 2 single beds, as well as a full bathroom with a shower.

Located on the ground floor of the building and a few meters from the Arc de Triomphe, this apartment is very well connected with bus stops and close to the metro, as well as being a few minutes from the train station that will take you to the airport and other parts of the city. Its strategic location is perfect for exploring Barcelona and its surroundings, such as Montjuic, the main museums, Plaza España, theaters on Avenida Paral·lel and the Camp Nou.

If you come in a large group, in the same building we have another 10 apartments that can accommodate up to 68 people. This is ideal for families traveling together but wanting to remain private, corporate groups, friends and much more. All these apartments are fully renovated and have a lift.

The location of the loft is unbeatable, next to the Arc de Triomf, just a 10-minute walk from the Picasso Museum and 15 minutes from the Palau de la Música Catalana. In addition, it is very close to emblematic places such as Casa Batlló, the Sagrada Familia, La Pedrera, the Gothic Quarter, Plaça Catalunya and many more.

✅ Please note the following important information before booking:

- The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

- The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received alleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

- A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
- The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).

Stay away from this property! The apartment we stayed in was below ground. Walls were concrete so it seemed like prison! Only stayed 2 days and had the worst sleep ever! Beds hard and you can hear people in the other suite. It’s like a wall was put up to divide the suite but no sound proofing. They said no parties and no smoking, well the people in the other suite would come home at 3:30 am and be loud and obnoxious. We found a cockroach in the bathroom on leaving day! Only thing good was location! But for the price…just sleep outside on the street it would be better!!!

It was literally a nightmare, when we got to the property the apartment was filled with dead and living cockroaches and the smell of cigarettes was everywhere. I took pictures and videos of the pest and were sent to the company in charge of the Loft and they re accommodate my family to another one but it was further of the location of this one. Emails were sent to the owner and company and they did not even answered back, not even for a sorry.

Good location, terrible apartment

The property is in the basement with very little outdoor light and the photos do not reflect the reality of the apartment. The double bedroom has no door, the wardrobes are flimsy canvas ones that almost fall apart when you use them. The other bedroom has two single beds that can’t be pushed together as they are different heights and a washing machine in the corner. There was a broken light fixture hanging from ceiling, the kettle could only be boiled if you balanced it on a stool near the socket. The general condition of the kitchen and sofa was grubby. The bathroom was reasonably clean but had dirty grout and sealant, the shower was difficult to use without soaking the entire bathroom, the bathroom sink was in the hallway with a single mirror that four adults had to use to get ready to go out, clean teeth etc. The door lock was digital and only worked if you held your phone against the lock despite it being Bluetooth and the app saying access granted when held a cm away. The lifts also worked using the same digital key but would never work so you had to climb 7 flights to get to the pool which then sometimes access did or didn’t work. The pool area was ok but the pool ladder was dangerous and loose.

Très déçue

Aucune communication à l’arrivée. Il faut aller à l’agence chercher les clés, à 20 minutes de voiture! Le logement était sale, surtout les extérieurs (mégos, cannettes….) et la salle de bains moisie. Les murs sont fins comme du papier à cigarette. Beaucoup de bruit. La piscine est sympas mais encore une fois très mal entretenue. Je ne conseille pas du tout pour le prix c’est n’importe quoi!

Good location, extremely noisy

Location was very good right by the Arc de Triomf and by L’Estació del Nord and apartment sleeps a lot of people. However there was no mention that this was a lower ground floor unit. The apartment smelled badly of cigarettes upon arrival. The unit was also extremely noisy as you could hear the conversations of all the neighbors next door, the floor above and the floor below word for word. Due to the apartment being a basement unit, you could also hear all plumbing activities from running water, toilets flushing and showers running. The check in location was also different from the actual apartment location, which accounted for extra transportation costs and time. The check in process was smooth and the management company was responsive. However our deposit still has not been returned almost a month later.

Sehr viel Geld für eine mäßige Wohnung ohne Tageslicht

Das Apartment befindet sich im Keller und hat daher kein Tageslicht (hierauf gab es keinen Hinweis). Die Wohnung ist 3 Meter breit und 20 Meter lang (Gemütlichkeit Fehlanzeige). Schränke sind nicht aus Holz, sondern aus Zeltstoff mit Reißverschlüssen. Es gibt keinen Esstisch, nur Hochstühle in der Küche, die Ausstattung ist mangelhaft. Vielleicht für Studenten ganz nett, aber völlig überteuert. Die Rückerstattung der Kaution dauerte 3 Wochen.
