Cozy Cabin in Beech Mountain - Fireplace

Welcome! Summer will come faster than you know it so it's the perfect time to book your vacation! Come relax and unwind in our beautiful cabin! If you're looking for something upbeat, there are all sorts of outdoor activities near Beech Mountain - hiking, canoeing, fishing... Or just indulging in nature! If you're looking for something indoors, we have boardgames, an indoor stone fireplace or the propane fire table outside! We hope to host you soon, so come book your stay with us! :)

The space
Ready to relax and be renewed? Our cabin is located in the heart of Beech Mountain with a newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms. The cabin has a loft and two master bathrooms which allows it to comfortably accommodate 10 guests or three families. The loft area is a great place for kids to sleep and hang out!

We love the outdoors and know you will too! There is a gazebo outside where you can hang out and grill or enjoy the patio furniture with a propane fire table on the bottom floor patio. Don’t be afraid when the deer come to say hi ;).

Want to stay indoors? We have board games and cornhole for you to enjoy. Or start the floor-to-ceiling stone, propane fireplace, kick up your feet and enjoy a movie on the smart TV.

The optimal number of guests is 10 but we can definitely fit 12 if you’re willing to squeeze! The extra guests can sleep on the two sofas in the living room.

Inside the kitchen you’ll find all the pots, pans, plates, and silverware you need to cook yourself a 5-star meal.

Guest access
You’ll have access to the entire home. This includes the multiple balconies, decks and gazebo.
Other things to note
AWD / 4WD is a MUST in the winter months to safely enter and exit the driveway without getting stuck. The roads will likely be snowy and icy, and our driveway is steep.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund.
No smoking

Check-in is anytime after 4PM and before 11 pm in the summer (April - Oct) and before 10 pm in the winter. (Nov-March)

Check out by 10AM
This is a NO shoes house. All shoes must be taken off at entry. There is a $100 fee per carpet/rug stain left in the home. Please understand this takes A LOT of extra time to clean.

**Important** Please make sure you read and comply with these rules:
NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE
NO Pets of any kind, no exceptions
NO Excessive guests
NO Mailing packages to the home.
NO PARTYING of any kind inside or on the property. Please respect the community. Noise level MUST BE MINIMAL after 10PM! There is a noise level city ordinance so we do not want complaints! Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, termination of your reservation, and the security deposit retained. We must respect the peace of the community! Thank you.

PENALTIES FOR THE FOLLOWING. Held against security deposit and claim will be filed with Airbnb.
**Stolen towels: $10 per towel, no matter the size.
** Smoking in the home: $500
**Late Checkout Past 10am without our consent. $75
**Excessive Guests than reservation. $50 per guest.
**Excessive Cleaning if the place is left filthy with trash everywhere. $150

You must also acknowledge:
- Amenity limitations
- Potential for noise
- Must climb stairs
- Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $1,000.00
