The house offer 3 beds (1 king, 1 queen and 1 twin), plus a sleeper couch, a full kitchen a deck with a gas grill, a sauna, and multiple TV's. The master bedroom features a spa like oversized bathtub , dual shower and sinks, a full size stacked washer and dryer, as well as an electric sauna. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this setup provides flexibility and comfort. The secondary bedroom has 1 queen bed, and 1 twin bed and it's own TV.

For modern convenience the property has 1 full washers/dryer and Wi-Fi or wired in gigabyte internet access. There are board games and outdoor games provided as well as a full kitchen.

The location cannot be beat, we are located centrally in the Holly section of East Austin. One of the most walkable, yet peaceful neighborhoods, it is within walking distance to the Cesar Chavez entertainment district, east 6th street, and Rainey street. Within less than a block, find yourself on the beautiful lakeside trail of Ladybird Lake. A 7 minute cab ride gets you anywhere you would want to be in central Austin.
