The accommodation
This 80sqm 2 room suite is furnished with luxurious furniture and glamorous furnishing details and is perfect for four people. You will find a range of extras here that far exceed the standards of normal AirBnB apartments.

The 80sqm apartment has TWO large KING SIZE BOX SPRING BEDS (1.80 mx 2.00 m), XXL SMART TVs, free NETFLIX, WiFi, top modern & large fully equipped kitchen including NESPRESSO coffee machine. Coffee capsules, selection of teas. Towels, hotel bed linen, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer are available to you free of charge.

The suite has TWO KING SIZE BOX SPRING BEDS.
A sleeping area is lovingly integrated into the living room. From here you can also reach a private bathroom. The other sleeping area is in a separate room with an en suite bathroom.

There are also TWO BATHROOMS:
Both bathrooms have a walk-in rain shower and high-quality tiles & natural stone sinks. The en suite bathroom has a high-quality free-standing bathtub and XXL rain shower.

The lovingly selected luxurious furniture ensures an upscale stay in this suite. Warm light, various light sources as well as pampas grass and lovingly selected art paintings ensure a particularly cozy atmosphere. You can store your clothes in a high-quality chest of drawers. You will also find a large golden clothes rail with enough hangers.

A modern & large kitchen with induction stove, kettle, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery has everything you need for cooking. Spices and olive oil are also available for cooking. You can then enjoy your cooking skills at our integrated high table in the kitchen. The comfortable velvet chairs invite you to linger. There

is underfloor heating throughout the apartment, which ensures a pleasant living atmosphere.

Access for guests
The entire apartment is located on the ground floor and is available for your sole use.
Further important information
The keys are handed over easily using a key box. This means you can check in on your own and are independent and flexible.

The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
