The Space:
Welcome to our stunning home, the perfect retreat for both business and leisure travellers. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, this home features a modern, fully equipped kitchen, 4 cozy bedrooms, and free on-site parking.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and necessary dishware, ensuring easy meal preparation. A convenient kitchen countertop with three stools provides casual seating, while the dining table comfortably seats six for family meals or gatherings.
This spacious home offers 4 bedrooms: 1 with a king bed and 3 with queen beds, each furnished with crisp linens and soft pillows for a restful night. The bedrooms come with ample closet space for your belongings and fans to keep you cool.
Relax in either of the two living areas, both equipped with split-type air conditioning. The main living room features a comfortable couch and a Smart TV for your entertainment.
The pristine bathrooms are meticulously maintained, and for added convenience, there’s an extra guest toilet. One of the bathrooms also features a tub for a relaxing soak. Additionally, you'll have access to a washer and dryer throughout your stay.

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.
Key Pick-Up: The keys are located in a lockbox at the property. We will send you full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date Please look out for the link to your "Boarding Pass" on the morning of your arrival which will include all information for check-in, wifi, parking (if applicable) and the property's guest manual
Parking: Complimentary on-site parking is available for our guests throughout their stay
Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $85 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.
Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.
Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 8 x tea/coffee, 9 x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.
Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.
Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.
