Guest access
Guests have access to everything in the house except for the supply closet, which is reserved for our cleaning team.

Guests will be granted access through a keyless entry system. The keypad is located at the front door only. Your unique key code will be provided to you 24 hours prior to your arrival date.

Garage:
Please feel free to use the 2-car garage, however, no remotes are given to guests so the garage can only be opened and closed with the access code provided by the host for each stay.
Other things to note
🔆 WE HAVE A STRICT NO PARTY POLICY. Any signs of unauthorized guests that are not listed on the reservation or unauthorized party, you will be asked to leave the premises IMMEDIATELY with no refund.

🔆 Absolutely NO SPEAKERS are allowed to be used outside the home AT ANYTIME. You will be charged $1,000 for disturbing the neighborhood.

🔆For special events, please get in touch with your host to make a booking today! Special events must be approved by the host prior to your arrival.

🔆 Garage & driveway can comfortably fit up to 8 cars only. NO STREET PARKING IS ALLOWED so if you have more than 8 cars please CARPOOL.

🔆 This home is for a MAXIMUM of 18 guests. Only guests that are on the reservation are allowed in the house unless prior approval is given by the host. Extra guests are an additional $50/each. Extra guests include those who aren't spending the night (visitors).

The property itself is beautiful but the managers need to stay on top of upkeep and repairs. I had a large group with me and the first thing they noticed is that the dining room table is broken. It was definitely a hazard as someone could have been cut or it could have fallen on them. Also the ice maker leaks and we were constantly wiping water up off the floor. One of the beds was broken. A piece of the couch was broken, and the furniture had burn holes and stains. There was enough a broken glass left in the cabinet. For the amount of money we paid, I expected better. It looks nice in the pictures but it’s not maintained,

A grand house, but poorly maintained.

The house itself is beautiful on the inside, but unfortunately, it was not well-maintained. Upon arrival, we found the property to be quite dirty. The couches were stained, the dining room table was broken in half, and the guest suite had not been properly cleaned. There was garbage left inside the house, no dish soap, and no replacement paper towels.Additionally, the previous guests had left dirty food containers in the drawers, If you’re considering this home for a small gathering, I would advise caution—parking is extremely limited, and guests risk having their cars towed. The host only permits six cars on the property, and parking options nearby are very poor.Communication with the host was also a challenge, as responses to emails were slow or infrequent. During our gathering, a DeKalb County compliance officer unexpectedly arrived, stating they had received multiple complaints about previous parties and photo shoots at the property. While our gathering was not the reason for the visit, it was still an uncomfortable disruption.In summary, while the home has great potential and looks stunning, it is not being properly maintained. Despite the high cleaning fee, it seems the property is not cleaned to an acceptable standard

Friends Getaway

We have an annual friends trip every Super Bowl weekend and this year’s trip did not disappoint. The home was gorgeous, as described and very clean. It was located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The central location in Atlanta made local spots very accessible. The host was very kind and very responsive. We will definitely stay again.
