The wonderful backyard of the house has a private above-ground saltwater pool that measures 4 x 2 meters and has a depth of 1.10 meters, a nice porch with a barbecue, and a solarium area where you can relax in the sun. The house is fenced and has direct neighbors.

The two-storey house retains traditional elements and offers a cozy style. On the main floor, you will find a nice living room with TV-sat; the dining kitchen with a gas stove and access to the patio; 2 bedrooms, one with a single bed and the other with a double bed; and a bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower. On the first floor, there is another room with a gym machine where you can work out,; 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds; and a bathroom with a shower. In the house, you will also find a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board and we can provide you with a cot and a high chair if you are traveling with your baby. Finally, the house is equipped with oil central heating.

Ariany is a quiet town in the center of Mallorca, with nearby basic services and close to the sea by car. The closest beach is Can Picafort, about 16 km away, although in the north of the island, you will find other beautiful beaches in Puerto de Alcúdia, Son Serra de Marina, or Cala de San Vicente. From Ariany you can visit other beautiful towns such as Manacor, Petra, Sineu, and Costitx or go to the city of Inca on Thursdays and visit its market.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
- There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours of receiving the email.
