The property is arranged over the ground and first floors of a historic building in the medieval town of Arco. On the ground floor, the open-plan living space features a characterful vaulted ceiling and is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a flatscreen smart HDTV and a dining table. This area also incorporates the kitchen which is fully equipped kitchen with; a cooker hob, an oven, a coffee machine, microwave, toaster and a fridge freezer. From the master bedroom on the first floor, guests can access the balcony and enjoy alfresco dining. This floor is reached via a spiral staircase in the living room.

The property is located in Arco, a picturesque town in Northern Italy\'s Sarco Valley, a 10-minute drive north of Lake Garda. The town has a rich history featuring medieval streets with historic buildings and elegant villas. The town\'s most prominent landmark is its castle, Castello di Arco (a 35-minute walk / 6-minute drive). The castle is perched on a rocky outcrop above the town and enjoys views of the valley and Lake Garda.

Arco is surrounded by the mountains of the Southern Alps and attracts climbers from all over the world. The town hosts the annual Rock Master Festival, a major international climbing competition. Visitors can also enjoy hiking, mountain biking and paragliding in the surrounding countryside. Nearby Lake Garda also offers opportunities for sailing, windsurfing, and swimming. The closest lake-side beach is a 10-minute drive away in Riva del Garda. In the winter months, visitors are in reach of several ski resorts including Snowpark Monte Bondone (a 50-minute drive) and the gentle slopes of Mori (a 30-minute drive).
