Great place! Great locations! Perfect for a family reunion with young children.

Our initial impressions were not good since the previous tenants had made such a mess it took the cleaning service more than seven hours to clean. The lady was still working when we arrived. She was exasperated at the mess. But she did a good job and we were only delayed a half hour or so. The pool, which is perfect for young children, like a lazy river with shallow and deep ends, needed a good cleaning too because of debris from surrounding plants and trees, but the service cleaned it the next morning. The setup of five bedrooms worked out nicely as there are children's bunk rooms off the adult king bedrooms. Many shops and restaurants near by. Beaches too. We would rent again. The management company was very responsive.

Our 6 day stay

The house is beautiful. The pool was super warm, we did arrive with a dirty pool which they did have someone come out and clean fairly quickly. The pool light switch was nowhere to be found, I asked the guy cleaning the pool he said he would find out. When I contacted the property manager they asked me if I had tried every switch in the home… which I thought was a little strange ans asked me to update them when I found it. We were instructed by the pool cleaner that a technician would be out to help us with the pool light… That never happened. The safety feature on the door is a fantastic idea only the bypass button on your way back into the screened porch does not work therefore making the neighbor extremely furious with us. We ended up using the garage door where the bypass button did in fact work when re-entering the home. The house does sleep 12 although there are definitely not enough bath towels for that many guests. It appears a new fridge was installed right before we came we did have it leak one of the days although it did not happen again. Also had the dishwasher leak once too. AMI does not respond very quickly through this app. Once I was contacted by the property manager via text they were very responsive. I asked AMI via the chat on this app regarding a discrepancy in the photos of two of the bedrooms and the description on the page. Then when I asked via text they gave me a different description.

Family Birthday Reunion

Listing is inaccurate the pool was not heated. Ambient heated pool is not a heated pool in my opinion. The listing is very deceptive. The house and location was great for our family. Inspections and workers in and out of the house all week. Dishwasher leaked and not fixed for 4 days.

Thanksgiving holidays

We were very appreciative of the hard work that is/has gone on on Anna Maria after the devastation of the storms. Communication with the AMI Sunshine Group who managed the property for the owner was the best it could have been under the circumstances. They were very responsive if there was an issue with the house. The kitchen was very well equiped with dishes and pots and pans. There was a new grill on site with a foosball and pingpong table to the delight of our kids. The location is fabulous. We enjoyed our stay.

Northend Anna Maria

Unfortunately we were not impressed with this vacation home. It seemed as though it was largely unchecked at minimum the week prior to our stay, if not longer. Several drawers in the kitchen were not functional. There was sand on the floor when we arrived, but no broom for us to sweep it up or clean up what was dirty from our own stay. There was a vacuum cleaner but it didn’t work. Also the tv setup in the basement didn’t work, and it took all day for them to bring us a 12v to replace a dead smoke alarm battery. The smoke alarm beeped on and off for the entire day. Overall it felt like the property management company didn’t keep this home up. Location is great if you want quick access to Pine Avenue, but that was the only positive.

Short Family Vacay in AMI with friends

The location of the house is amazing. Very close to restaurants, shopping, water views and the beach. The house is spacious and we enjoyed the game tables in the garage. Beach chairs and towels were provided which was great. The house does need a little maintenance work (exterior) and cosmetic updating (interior), but those are minor concerns. We would definitely stay in this house again.

Very disappointed in Lighthouse Lagoon

Check in was smooth but downhill from there, dishwasher broke, sink leaked all over kitchen floor, broken closet doors, stains on couch, pool not heated until 6th day after two phone calls, inadequate silver ware for the fourteen people that house was supposedly set up for, pots and pans in terrible condition with teflon coming off pans, day 6 coffee maker quit. I called a total of 3 times to Anna Marie Vacation Rentals and out of all those calls we got sink fixed, new coffee maker and day six a heated pool (2 days to swim in a heated pool out of a seven day stay). Phone call 2 and 3 I asked for some kind of compensation and each time I was told I would get a phone call discussing the issue. I'm back home now and I have yet to hear from anyone. I have never in 39 years of Vacation rentals been so disappointed. Anna Marie Island thank you. Anna Marie Vacation Rentals, we will never use you again or recommend you to anyone else.

Great location but the house could use some work.

This house really has so much potential to be great. The location is perfect. We rode our bikes to the beach everyday! And the house was clean! However, after bringing home a ton of groceries for the week, we noticed the refrigerator and freezer in the kitchen were not cold. Like the refrigerator was set to 35 degrees and it was actually 58 degrees. Thankfully, there was a second refrigerator in the garage but totally inconvenient. When maintenance was called, they were VERY FAST with bringing over a rental refrigerator which was very small but allowed us to move some stuff up to the kitchen. The fridge eventually got fixed half way through our week. While the guy was there fixing our fridge, my husband borrowed a tool to tighten up the screws on the bunk beds upstairs because they were ridiculously wobbly. Another issue was the hot tub never worked for us. We had 3 people come to service it and it never worked. It looked pretty gross in there too. Also, one of the slider doors didn’t lock which was a bit unsettling. It did end up getting fixed on day 5 of our 7 day stay. One of the showers on the main floor had poor water pressure. Kitchen was stocked but some of the pots/pans should be retired. I’m still giving 4 stars because the rental company was very responsive, but it was just kind of a bummer to pay a lot of money for the week to have so many things not working. The garage was well stocked with bikes and pool/sand toys. The pool was fun! I would probably stay here again but there may be better options.

Overall Great Stay

Great location; 10 min walk to the gulf, 2 min walk to the bayside. Nice, quiet neighborhood with restaurants and shops very close and walkable. The house was clean and had lots of open space on the main and top floor. The pool area is great. My ONLY gripe is that a few of the appliances were broken upon our arrival - the food disposal and the microwave - but they were both addressed quickly.

Great location, love the pool area! Overall very nice house but could use some TLC including new bedding(mattress), sliding door upgrade, kitchen cookware, kitchen chairs need tighten up, and storage in bedrooms (dressers). We really did enjoy our stay ! Thank you.
