In a residential area, this holiday home is perfect for those who want to be close to the golf course and the beach. It features 6 bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, a living room, two TV rooms, and two terraces including one with swimming pool and panoramic views on the golf course.

THE VILLA
The living room of this holiday villa is very bright thanks to its many openings and glass windows. They offer a stunning view of the green and the golf course. From the living room you will enjoy the sound of the waves a few meters from there. This relaxing area opens onto this beautiful terrace with swimming pool. This villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen. You can use the amazing stove to cook delicious meals: two induction plates, one grill and one flat iron plate, how convenient! A central island separated the kitchen from the dining area. You can access the large East-side terrace from the kitchen, we recommend you take your family meals there! A barbecue is also available you’ll enjoy all-Fresco dining!

THE BEDROOMS
FAIRWAY is a holiday villa with 6 bedrooms, all en-suite bedrooms with their own unique interior decor. 3 double rooms are located on the main living area’s level, each featuring its own bathroom. Two of them give access to private balconies, how luxurious! 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with twin beds are on the lower floor. They each have their own shower room.

HOW CONVENIENT
The villa features two TV lounges. The first is located on the main living area, and is completed by beautiful alcoves and a wood-stove. It opens onto another terrace on the East side of the villa. The second is located on the lower floor.

WHAT WE LOVE
We love how bright this villa is thanks to its many bay windows and alcoves composing it. No matter where you are, you can feel relaxed in this holiday home in Anglet. The panoramic unobstructed views of the golf course are simply amazing. Unwind by the pool and soak up the sunrays!

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The villa FAIRWAY is located in a privileged area in the neighborhood of Chiberta along the beaches of Anglet. It’s about 650 meters from the Plage de l’Océan, a 5-minute walk only. Both surfers and golf players will love this ideally located villa, the golf course is right in front of the villa! You can ride your bikes along the bicycle path leading to the Chambre d’Amour area with restaurants, bars and shops, or get there by foot – a 30-minute walk along the beach.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT CONDITIONS
Generally speaking travellers can check-in from 4PM-7PM and check-out from 8AM-10AM. Late check-ins can be arranged with our Concierges. For any check-ins or check-outs before 8am and after 7pm, an extra fee will be applied:
From 7 pm to 10 pm - €50
From 10 pm to Midnight - €80
From Midnight to 6 am - €120
From 6am to 8am - 80€
