🚗 Paid parking in the surrounding streets.

Nearest free parking: Place de la Rochefoucault (10 mins on foot).

– Ideally situated in the heart of Angers city centre, this studio will allow you to do everything on foot: shops, restaurants, tourist sites and local attractions.

• Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)

End of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included.



🧽 Checkout Instructions – Mandatory

• Washing and putting away the dishes

• Emptying the refrigerator

• Taking out the bins to the designated locations

• Gathering used laundry in the entrance

👉 In case of non-compliance, a surcharge will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).
