CHARMING, remodelled apartment in one of the best neighbourhoods of AMALFI

DEPANDANCE ANDREA is a charming, remodelled apartment in one of the best neighbourhoods of Amalfi with the typical roof of wooden beams that reflect the Mediterranean style. The owner has elegantly decorated the apartment in white and blue to match the colours of the sea and sky, which you can see from the large porthole on the roof.
It sleeps up to three people comfortably. It is conveniently located in one of the most famous residential areas where you can spend a fantastic relaxing time and is approximately 70 square meters or (762 square feet).

The apartment has a garage, and you are on the main road of Amalfi Coast, only a few steps through the public stairs, to be exact. It’s not far from the luxury Hotel Santa Rosa, only 700 meters from the city centre, 1,5 miles and 40 meters from the grocery supermarket store. You have the bus stop in front of the house, too.

You will have a good relaxing time here in the house because you have many comforts inside and you don’t hear any noise from the road. You can come by car to stay at Depandance Andrea because you have a private free garage connected to the house. The rate includes the lot space in the garage.

DEPANDANCE ANDREA consists of:
Living area furnishings include a large sofa, one flat-screen TV with Blu-ray and DVD player, a large dresser with drawers, an air conditioning/heating unit and WI-FI.

Please note that WI-FI speed on the Amalfi Coast is limited; browsing websites ( shopping online, online banking, social networks ) and checking e-mails can be adequate. It is unsuitable for downloading movies, games, songs or streaming videos.

The kitchen corner connected to the living room is fully equipped with a four-burner gas stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffeemaker, a toaster, blender, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen counter available with six comfortable chairs.

The sleeping area is one large bedroom decorated with Mediterranean colours.

The main bedroom is large and is furnished with a round-king size bed with a wardrobe. For guests who want to be beautiful like Hollywood stars, we have created this dream room with a Jacuzzi and a makeup table fit for a cinematographic set!
Bedrooms have air conditioning/heating units and WI-FI.

The bathroom in ceramic style is a full bathroom with an artistic shower (no tub), sink, toilet bidet and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living area.

The artistic corridor with a vintage arch and big closet connects you to a private patio outside. The apartment doesn’t have a view.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE :
The rental price includes a garage for 1 car, electricity, linens, and towels.

FINAL CLEANING FEES
Upon arrival, you must pay Euro 150 for the final cleaning fees in cash or credit card. This includes, for all duration of your stay : toilet paper, paper tissue, kitchen towels, extra linen, extra pillows, soap, hairdryer, iron, detergent for washing machine and wash dishes, extra towels and beach towels .

TOURIST TAX
Upon arrival, you will be asked to pay the tourist tax of 3 Euros per person daily; this fee must be paid in cash; credit cards will not be accepted.

PROOF OF ID
Italy has security standards that require every Host to record their guests' information: Italian law (named "DM Interno 07/01/2013")and communicate it to the Police Headquarters through the accommodations portal when they check in, without exception. For this reason, upon checking in, you must show a valid ID such as a driver's license or passport; the local representative will take a photo of the front and the back of all identity documents.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit on check-in; this can be paid in cash if you are not happy to give a credit card for pre-authorisation. The amount is € 300.

LATE ARRIVAL FEE
If you arrive after 8:30 PM, you will be charged € 50 for the "Late Arrival Fee," which will be paid in cash upon check-in. The local agent responsible for your check-in will not be waiting longer than 23:00. After 23:00, I am afraid nobody will be staying at the property; you will need to organise your accommodation for the night and check in the following day.

LOCAL AGENT
Once in Italy, if you should need to, you can contact our local English-speaking representative, who is available during office hours for the whole duration of your holiday. One week before your arrival, you will be given the mobile number of the local agent, who can be contacted via WhatsApp, SMS or phone.

SELF CATERING
Please note that this property is based on a self-catering contract; you get only the property and the listed amenities; anything else is not mandatory.

We try to be friendly and accommodate any request, but once in the property is entirely up to the client to buy what is necessary for the holiday and to organise your day-to-day needs.

In the event of issues with the property that require maintenance, we are not bound to provide a repair within 24 hours but within the necessary and fair time, considering the local availability of maintenance services not under our management. We are not a hotel or a B&B with 24/7 maintenance staff available.
