The 20 m² studio is designed to offer a comfortable and functional living space. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed, located in a restful separate space, perfect for a good night's sleep. The fully equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare your meals easily, with everything you need at hand (with a drip coffee maker).

Bathroom and WC:
The bathroom and toilets are independent, ensuring your privacy and comfort. You will find a modern shower and practical storage for your personal belongings.

Garden:
Enjoy our 500 m² garden, a true haven of peace where you can dine outdoors and relax in complete tranquility.

Other Amenities:
The studio is equipped with Wi-Fi, ideal for browsing the internet for free and quickly. We also provide baby equipment, such as a travel cot and high chair, to make the whole family feel at home.

Additional Services:
On request, you can access a washing machine and dryer, allowing you to manage your laundry easily during your stay.

Proximity to summer and winter resorts:
The studio is ideally located just a 15-minute drive from the Albiez-Montrond resort. Additionally, you can reach the resorts of Saint-Jean-d'Arves, Le Corbier, Saint-Sorlin-d'Arves, La Toussuire, Les Karellis, and the Orelle ski lifts in about 30 minutes by car. These lifts provide access to Les 3 Vallées, the largest ski area in the world! The Maurienne region is also the largest cycling area in the world, with hiking trails, climbs, and mountain lakes to explore. Finally, Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne is only a 10-minute drive away, offering many amenities and local attractions.

Important Information:
- The studio is an annex of our main residence, so we live on the premises. Our dog will be present in the shared garden.
- Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation.
- The accommodation may be difficult to access for people with reduced mobility due to stairs.
- In winter, arrivals and departures take place on Friday or Sunday.
- If the check-in and check-out times are problematic for you, we can possibly adjust them according to your needs.
