This relaxed & comfortable family home has great indoor outdoor flow so creating easy access to outdoor seating, fireplace and a lush garden. There are 4 bedrooms, Master with Ensuite, a queen room and 2 single rooms which are all heated through the ducted heating system so very snug in the winter months.

This pet friendly house is best suited to families or small groups. Its on a one acre section it is not fenced but has trees and shrubs surrounding the perimeter. There is a fenced kennel area if you need this for your pooch. Due to the size of the garden you have a sense of space from this house and it has great mountain views and provides a great place for children to play.

The main living space is open plan and well set up for entertaining. It has a full kitchen plus dining area and relaxing lounge area. These all lead out to the garden via triple stacker glass sliders. There is also a separate lounge with fire place, plenty of firewood is provided. Outside there is a bbq and seating so you can enjoy the long evenings. There are 2 full bathrooms, the ensuite and then the family bathroom which has a bath and a shower. There is a washing machine and a dryer located in the garage.


The house is located in a private and peaceful neighbourhood yet it is just a 5mins drive to centre of town and the lake. There are a selection of walking tracks from the door that either take you up Mt Iron or to the river. The local shops, café and restaurants are just 2 mins away so very handy if you need anything and don’t want to drive to town. There is plenty of off street parking plus a single parking space in the garage.
