With 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, on-site parking, and space for up to 6 guests, this cottage is perfect for families, city explorers, and business travellers alike. Located just a short stroll to Adelaide’s best shopping, dining and cultural hubs, it’s the perfect base for your time in South Australia’s capital.



The Space:

Step through the gate and into your own peaceful pocket of Adelaide. Behind the Bluestone façade of this 1860s cottage lies a warm and welcoming space that blends timeless character with everyday comforts.



Inside, you'll find two cosy bedrooms: one with a plush queen bed dressed in soft linens, the other with a classic bunk set-up perfect for little ones or girlfriends on a weekend away. Electric blankets and portable heaters keep things toasty in winter, while reverse-cycle air-conditioning in the living room makes for a cool escape in summer.



The living area invites you to settle in — kick off your shoes, pop the kettle or coffee machine on, and sink into the lounge with a good book or a glass of local wine. A selection of board games is ready for nights in, while the full kitchen makes it easy to prepare everything from kids’ snacks to dinner with friends.



The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower overhead, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day exploring the city or washing off sandy toes after a beach trip.



Need extra bed space? We've got you covered with queen sized fold out bed in the living room, ideal for children or the occasional extra guest. An additional fee applies for the sofabed bedding, which includes quilt, pillows and sheets.

Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire cottage, exlcuding the exterior storage shed.

There is off-street parking for 1 small-medium car in the courtyard, The house is self-check-in via a secure lockbox.

The cottage is on the western side of the CBD, just off Gouger Street. Despite being tucked down a quiet residential street, you’re right in the middle of the action. Located in Adelaide’s buzzing West End, you’ll be just moments from:

- Laneway cafés, small bars & dining spots

Getting Around:

For added convenience, ride-share services and taxis are readily available, so you’re always connected, no matter where you're headed.

External security cameras are positioned at the front entrance and overlooking the carpark. They do not record audio and do not face interior spaces.



As the lounge is also a sofabed, please note that we do not pre-make this bed up, but instead provide access to the folded bedding for guests to setup when ready.



We supply enough toilet rolls and other general consumables for an average length stay, however for longer stays, and depending on your usage, guests may need to purchase more during their stay.

For extended stays over 21+ nights, mid-stay servicing is required for the upkeep of the property. We will notify you when this is due to occur.



Bin Collection:

Please note, the owner will need access to the back courtyard via the side gate to retrieve and return the bins to ensure rubbish is maintained. Bins will be put out Tuesday afternoons and brought back in on Wednesdays.
