You will have the entire duplex to yourself from the time the key is handed to you till you check out.
House manager can come check the flat anytime with notice. Cleaners will only come on request.
Other things to note
1. Any person that spends the night in the house is considered a guest, please state the accurate number of guest extra guest after 9ADULTS is N20000 each. Children below 12yrs are not counted.

2. No Smoking and No Events (YOU WILL PAY N150,000 & Check out if you Default)

3. Essentials (tissue &Soap) are provided only on arrival day.(Stay extensions included)

4. Check in before 2pm and Check out 11am. Please notify us on time if you need early checkin/late check out.

5. The Inverter is Automatic for 24hrs but generator comes on 1 to 2mins once state light goes off and it powers every appliance (6pm till 8Am weekdays and 24hrs on weekends and public holidays)

6. Free cleaning btw 7am and 4pm daily. You will notify us if you need it.
Please Change of sheets is weekly. Changed before the 7th day is N1000 each.

7. Please Switch off all lights, Acs and water heater (except the Refrigerator) any time you are leaving the House. If we notice any of these are on the whole room supply will be tripped off till you return.

8. This is a home please use it as yours. kindly let us know of any damages e.g broken plates, glasses, faucets, spillage on the walls etc during your stay.

9. There is Washing Machine, Ironing Board and Iron. Paid Laundry Services is also available on request
