Whether you're drawn to summer's sun-soaked shores or winter's snowy slopes, this location offers endless opportunities for fun and relaxation. As you step into the home, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, where the main level features a cozy living room adorned with a charming gas fireplace—an ideal spot for family gatherings and creating unforgettable memories. The sociable bar area, seating eight, invites laughter and conversation as you share meals and stories. Each bedroom offers a unique sanctuary, with tranquil views and convenient amenities like private balconies and TVs, ensuring everyone finds their perfect retreat. Imagine serene evenings spent on the deck, soaking in the hot tub under a canopy of stars, forging lasting bonds with loved ones amidst Lake Tahoe's stunning scenery.

-Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
-Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
-You are only allowed 8 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
-Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm TO 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
- Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
-Parking: 3 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

Overall impression, is it was very cute place and conveniently close to town. Communication with property manager was also very good and very helpful. But I felt it had cleaning opportunities with webs on the windows and dirty walls. I felt the bedding and couch could be better cleaned. But overall was a cute place.

Really nice location right across from the beach. On a busy road but we still slept well. The size and structure of the house is great. Having a jacuzzi was amazing . Several patios however they were not furnished well to be used or cleaned. The house could use somelove and a deeper clean but overall we really enjoyed our stay. There are no soaps, shampoos or anything in the showers so bring your own. not expected but something i am used to seeing. Tahoe is beautiful and after a long day of exploring the jacuzzi was perfection!i would return.

Overall good.

There were a few things like having to put a stick in the dryer to turn it on. Our clean towels were wet to the point we had to dry them when we arrived. Hot tub needed water. This location is right agent the highway. Fine for us, but a consideration for those with small children or pets perhaps. Overall good though and we had a great time!

Excellent Location

So many positives: Great location, just a short walk to the lake. Plenty of room for our group of seven. Three parking spots.Good sized hot tub.Multiple large decks.Large kitchen and fridge.Comfy living area.Only one negative:Remote controlled lights and fans upstairs were difficult to work.Overall, 5 stars. The location alone easily compensates for any minor inconvenience. I would highly recommend!

Good location and property

Great location in Zephyr Cove with upgraded house. Some really nice amenities like a sauna and hot tub. Upstairs bedrooms each have their own bathroom with a common shower area, which was really neat for two sets of couples. Plenty of space for several people and wide-open common area.Only two things we didn't like. First was that it is right next to the main road, so you do get some road noise. Second thing was that the main bedroom has a bay window where the curtain by the bed doesn't cover the window all the way. The neighbors had their lights on along their house all night long which made it difficult to fall and stay asleep.

Perfect weekend getaway!

We booked this trip with some friends to take a weekend to go up to Heavenly resort and catch a Knight Monsters game. The location of this house was great, less than 15 minutes to both places and it was nice not dealing with the “downtown” vibe. The only thing we noticed but didn’t bother us was the road noise as the house sits right on the side of the highway. All amenities listed in the house were great and it was very nice and spacious for us and our group of friends. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay in zephyr cove - the location was perfect to walk across the street to beach and enjoy the lake and beach bar. The house was clean and well equipped as advertised. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub as a family chatting about the adventures we had that day. Thank you for the fabulous family vacation.

Great Spot, Bad House

House is in the most perfect location and the best possible view of the lake (we circumvented the whole waterfront and Zephyr Cove is the best view). However, the house itself needs upgrading!!! No A/C, but they fail to mention there are only screens on 2 windows of the entire house (it got up to 89 degrees upstairs) so you can't even open the windows/doors. Fridge/freezer has make-shift drawers. You can tell it was renovated, in the cheapest way possible! The showers are problematic, one of the doors shattered on a guest nd they had they had to be rushed to the ER for stitches

Great Location! Great Stay!

We had a great stay in this cute house! Accommodated our group of 7 comfortably. The house is not without its quirks but it’s in a great location. Short drive to the lake, casinos, grocery store, restaurants etc. A couple minor improvements could be made, maybe one or two new pans (esp since there isn’t/they can’t have a bbq here) & a good power washing of the balconies. It’s nice to be able to go out on them but they were so dirty, trying to be mindful of not bringing dirt in the house if there were mats or something inside the doors that you could leave your shoes or slippers on, that would be helpful! I get that it’s the end of the season, so hopefully they’ll be cleaned for summer. A mat would be helpful coming in from the hot tub too, that shag carpet wasn’t it! It was just a soggy dirty mess! Kind of weird since there was still snow! lol However, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Lovely and Cozy

Lovely and cozy! We had a wonderful time playing in the snow and warming up in the hot tub. We enjoyed the kitchen for big family meals and making brownies with the kids. So, roomie and a great location. We would love to have stayed longer.

Our stay here was amazing! Everything from the cute decor, functionality of the place, modern look, and outstanding location was perfect for our family of 8. The kitchen was well equipped, and everything was pretty clean. I wish this place would’ve had an outdoor grill/bbq but we made it work with what we had!
