Our Favorite Things About This Home:
The large windows and vaulted ceilings make this home feel very spacious and not “tiny!”. Each bedroom and the living room have large smart TVs where you can log into your own streaming apps. Enjoy the outdoor shower during your stay which is a relaxing way to cool off from the summer heat after exploring around town. Just over the wooden walking bridge is the communal fire pit that is shared by both homes on the property. The outdoor dining table and chairs is a wonderful place to share a meal and to play games with your loved ones while taking in the surrounding views of the water and countryside. The Venue at Wildwood and The Valley Venues wedding venues are just down the road! Not to mention Downtown Chattanooga, Coolidge Park, Tennessee Aquarium is only 13 minutes away from the Blue Spruce! Please note: There is another tiny home on the property called, White Wood which is shown in the background of the photos on this listing and the campfire pit that is across the lagoon is a shared space as of right now between Blue Spruce and White Wood. Home Layout: As you enter the home, you will be greeted by warm furnishings and décor in the open concept living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with all major appliances and cooking utensils needed to make your stay easy and enjoyable. We also happily provide medium roast coffee grounds as well. The full bathroom has an exquisite standing tiled shower and beautiful vanity. The washer and dryer are also in the bathroom available for guest use. Just off the living space is the master bedroom with warm wooden furnishings, a cozy King canopy style bed and large screen TV. Adjacent to this room is a second bedroom that offers Queen bed with a loft style Twin bed for an extra cozy sleep space. A TV is also available for use in this room.  Double doors allow you to access the patio from this room.
