Upon entering the studio, you’ll find yourself in the living area, which features a dining table and two cozy chairs. The sleeping space includes a double bed with single mattresses (90 x 200 cm). The room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe with both hanging and shelving space. The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience, including a 4-burner gas stove, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a Nespresso machine, and a filter coffee maker. The bathroom offers a toilet, a sink with a mirror, and a shower.

The living and sleeping areas can be separated by curtains for added privacy. The front of the studio boasts large windows, while a skylight near the kitchen allows natural light to flood the space. All windows are fitted with curtains for comfort and privacy.

Outside, there is an open terrace with a wooden bench, a table, and two chairs with cushions, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. A ring is attached to the fence for securely locking up bicycles. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of two animals allowed.

Arrivals are allowed daily, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals apply during holiday periods.The payment must be made in advance.Check-in is available from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, please vacate the property by 9:30 a.m., and return the key to the location where you originally collected it.Any available children's cots do not include bed linen. Please bring your own.In most cases, bed linen and towels are provided. You can check in your booking whether this applies.Overnight visitors must be registered in advance, and are only allowed to stay once approval is granted. Bed linen and tourist tax will apply.Pets are sometimes allowed, as specified in the property information. Please inquire about this option. As the pet owner, you are responsible for your dog and must ensure they do not disturb other guests or neighbors.Youth groups are not permitted.Business bookings are available upon request.
