Waterfront on Silver Lake, private pier, pontoon rental, family fun!

Get your group together to enjoy quality bonding time on Silver Lake in Wautoma! Up to 16 people (plus Fido) will comfortably relax, unwind, talk, laugh, and play in this lakeside home. Many amenities are provided so you don't have to bring much more than your clothes and food.

The kitchen has been remodeled to open the space for multiple cooks to work and still connect with the rest of the group in an open concept dining/living room area (table for 10, plus more seating in kitchen, at the counter, and on the enclosed porch). Relax on the leather sofa while gazing out at the clear water of Silver Lake, or grab a cup of coffee from the breakfast bar and choose one of numerous lake views to read that book you haven't had time for in your busy schedule. By the time lunch rolls around, call the kids in from the water and share your sandwiches and stories in the beautiful, spacious, enclosed wrap-around sunroom/four-season porch that boasts amazing views from every seat! Stroll outside on the concrete path that takes you from the driveway to the lake, sit outside in the shade while taking in the view, and watch the kids swim or the boats passing by. In the garage you'll find kayaks, paddle boards, a Foosball table, fishing gear, yard games, and an additional fridge. Then get out the steaks for supper and grill while watching the gorgeous sunset, or walk to either of Waushara County's two BEST Supper Clubs - Silvercryst or Moose Inn! Later at night, roast marshmallows at the NEWLY UPDATED fire pit (wood included!) while you share your favorite moments of the day. Last but not least, enjoy a good night's rest on comfortable beds with quality linens, pillows, and comforters.

New pier is great for fishing, kids playing in the sand or watching the sunset. Comes with a table and two chairs attached at the end. We also have availability to rent a 12 person pontoon boat, which is docked at the house.

Parents: there is a hidden playroom upstairs, accessible through a Narnia-inspired wardrobe! Children will delight in this magical (and technology-free) space to read, play, and cultivate their imaginations.

The driveway allows for parking of up to six vehicles.

Thank you for the use of your lovely lake house! The water was still warm enough for the kids to enjoy some swimming and paddle boarding with the supplied equipment. The house was large and comfortable…could have easily hosted much more than the four of us. Coffee on the porch in the morning was heavenly and the narnia room was a cool touch. We hope to be back!

This property was perfect for our group. Plenty of beds and bedrooms. I really like the open kitchen and living area. The lake is nice and clean with a sandy bottom near the pier. We had fun fishing and boating. The weather got a little cool so didn't get a chance to do much swimming. But there is a nice area to get in the water. Also nice to have the paddle boards and kayaks. Great place overall!

Fun

Celebrated Christmas with my children and grandchildren. Wonderful house, plenty of room. Loved the enclosed porch, spent most of stay there. Kitchen was well stocked. Upstairs shower a little small for my large grown children but we made it work with the downstairs one. Kids loved the Nardia room!

Fall Get Away

The home was very clean. Plenty of space. Loved the porch viewing the lake. Host was fast at communicating. Loved the Narnia closet so cute! Great spot on the lake.

We really enjoyed our stay. The lake was clean and we used the paddle boards and kayaks. My kids caught some fish off the pier. Nice enclosed porch. Property manager was easy to communicate with.

A Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time on Silver Lake! The property was inviting and roomy. We had three generations celebrating a 50th anniversary and just being together. Fishing, kayaking, swimming, cribbage on the big front porch, all fun! We appreciated the big dining table where all 12 of us fit and the well stocked kitchen. Especially fun for our grandchildren was the amazing Narnia room. Check in was smooth and easy. Great communication with the owner helped! Thanks for such a terrific family weekend!

New Year’s Getaway

This was the perfect spot for our children and grandchild to spend the holiday together. Nice kitchen for preparing meals. Great table for meals and game playing. Beautiful porch for enjoying the lake and the Naria room kept my grandchild busy for hours. We definitely want to come back !

Together Time

Just wanted to get my adult children, their significant others, and the grandparents together for time together. Despite Mother Nature taking a turn for the worse the day our vacation started, we managed to enjoy ourselves by playing games on the spacious porch overlooking the lake. The house was comfortable and plenty large to accommodate the 9 of us for meals. We are hoping to enjoy the lake next time.

Waterfront Fun!

So much to love!

We had 4 generations on our family vacation. Ranging from 5 weeks to 86 years! We were very pleased with how well stocked the kitchen was. Super kid friendly from the children's dishes to the little chairs! All our needs were met. Plenty of towels as well. Loved all the garage games and enjoyed s’mores by the fire pit. The “secret room” was a huge hit with our almost 3 year old granddaughter! The lake was great and the Pontoon was a wonderful bonus! Booking process and communication was great. Highly recommend this property and location. Hope to visit again one day!

Home away from Home

I am so impressed with this property. Absolutely loved staying here. We spent 10 days roaming around Wautoma, Red Granite, Berlin, and Princeton, all the while knowing we would come back to this place. Beds were comfy, everything was clean, coffee was provided, and view was spectacular. We even did a bit of fishing and paddle boarding. The best part was having the ability to sit out on the dock first thing in the morning and watching the sun set in the evening. Thank you for the perfect accommodations while we were away from home.

Great Place
