House of 110m2 located in a quiet area only 3km from the center of Vilanova y la Geltrú and 40min from Barcelona. It is distributed on the ground floor with a pool sized 9x3m open all year round, hammocks, barbecue and chill out area with outdoor furniture. The three bedrooms have a double bed each. It has two bathrooms with shower, fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, winter heating, fireplace, smartTV with streaming service (Netflix), Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, parking area and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment. At the check in we will ask for the documentation. Groups under 30 years are not allowed. A fourth bedroom will be closed and available to the property. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
