An ideal choice for combined families or friend groups, the cottage features a duplex-style design with two, separate apartments each furnished for standalone living. The furnished backyard area offers your own oasis for outdoor entertainment.

Despite the home's original 1920s design, the interior has been lovingly updated and maintained for contemporary guest comfort. The two-bedroom apartment features a full kitchen and living area complete with a TV. The one-bedroom apartment features a roomy, mid-size kitchen and a sunny living area with a TV of its own. Both living spaces are equipped with everyday home essentials including central air-conditioning and free WiFi.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
