The home features all new Italian designer furniture, rugs, and accessories.

From the entrance, find the main living area with the sleek gourmet kitchen, updated with new custom cabinetry and designer hardware. The adjacent dining room has seating for six with a patio and grill space just outside. Continue through to the vaulted ceiling living room with a new 20-foot dry stack mountain modern gas fireplace. The living room also features new designer artwork on the walls as well as floor-to-ceiling wool drapes with Mohair trim and silhouette shading.

There is a queen guest bedroom on the main floor and a bathroom with a shower. Head upstairs to find a king guest bedroom and ensuite with a walk-in shower. Across the catwalk hall lies the king main bedroom and ensuite with dual vanity and steam shower. The ensuite bathrooms have also been upgraded with new marble and porcelain finishes.

Take in the fresh air with easy access to hiking and biking trails, or hop on the town bus to head out for a day of skiing. Then, find comfort by heading home to an oasis of peace. Precise and thoughtfully considered, this luxury vacation home is the epitome of relaxation.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 6 people.
- There is one labeled parking space outside.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.
- This property does not accommodate service animals due to homeowner health issues.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
