The house has a beautiful outdoor pool with a large sundeck, grill, and hot tub. It has 2 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. The Master suite has a
New Memory Foam King bed medium firm and a 55" Smart Tv with full Dish Network. The Master bath has a 2 person shower with 2 seats, 2 person jetted tub
with complimentary epson salts and spa cloths, two vanity sinks, and a high rise toilet. The second Bedroom has new full size medium soft bed with a 27"
Tv with full Dish network Service. The spare bathroom has a tub and full shower, vanity sink and high rise toilet. The open concept Living room boasts a
75" smart TV and a large fireplace with reclining media seating. The dining room has a large 4 person high top table and 55 gallon aquarium and a 4 person
bar. The kitchen has been totally remodeled with all new stainless steel appliances including: Double door refrigerator with ice and water in the door,
gas range, Dishwasher, Microwave and stainless steel prep island. The kitchen is fully stocked with every dish or cooking utensil you could need. Full bar fully stocked with all the bar glasses and every utensil to make any drink.
Full size washer and dryer in the laundry room. Large covered front porch with mountain view. Outdoor 100” Roku Movie projector, watch anything you can watch on a smart TV while you are in the pool or on the deck. The house have a large private pool in the back that will
accommodate 5 comfortably filled with natural peters mountain spring water with chlorine used. the pool has an attached covered porch and attached large
sundeck, propane 5 burner grill, and hot tub. The house has a 2 acre yard with country views of the mountains. The owners live in the cabin next to the property
if you should ever have a problem. The house is fully stocked with all the towels and linens you will need. Amenities include: high speed Wi-Fi,
Dish network, Air conditioning, pool floats, propane premium grill, premium toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, and dish
