The ideal retreat for large groups of friends or family the property sits in a large landscaped garden dotted with laurels, fruit trees and Mediterranean shrubs. Each apartment enjoys an independent entrance, a bright and airy living space with access to a pretty alfresco dining area, and a small kitchen fitted with; a cooker hob, a microwave, a coffee machine, a fridge freezer and a dining table.

The property shares its gorgeous garden and swimming pool with two neighbouring apartments (ID 10674). Both properties enjoy fantastic sea views and the swimming pool is ideal for family fun with a very shallow area and a deep end with an athletic diving board.

Expert caretakers live on site ensuring perfect water quality in the pool and a well-manicured garden. The villa is equipped with solar panels and is entirely energy-independent.

The property is situated on the Salento Peninsula, a 10-minute drive from both the seaside towns of Fontenelle and Torre San Giovanni on the Ionian coast.

The coastline is known for its beautiful sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters making it a popular destination for sunbathing, swimming, water sports and boat tours.

The property’s location makes it an excellent base for exploring the wider Salento region. Visitors can take day trips to nearby towns and attractions, such as Ugento (a 10-minute drive), Gallipoli (a 30-minute drive), Santa Maria di Leuca (a 30-minute drive) and the baroque town of Lecce a one-hour drive away. For outdoor enthusiasts, the natural parks of Porto Selvaggio (a 50-minute drive) and Le Cesine (a one-hour 15-minute drive) are ideal destinations for hiking and cycling.

There are several seafront restaurants and a few supermarkets within a 10-minute drive of the accommodation.
