Plus, you will have your very own backyard oasis when you simply feel like sipping a cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine in fresh, pine-filled air.

Inside, you will have no trouble finding your very own sliver of paradise under soaring ceilings. The vaulted ceilings, walls of windows, wood accents, gas fireplace, and plush leather furnishings of the living area will make for a perfect place to stream your favorite movies and shows via the high-definition TV. Meanwhile, the culinary-inclined guests will have a blast whipping up tasty meals and snacks with the sleek gas range and stainless steel appliances of the fully equipped kitchen. The large granite kitchen island is a great place to socialize while preparing a tasty meal. Extra perks include a gas grill for more casual cookouts, fast WiFi, a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and a gas fireplace in the primary bedroom.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
