When we first arrived at the building, the employee informed us that we were not in the system. It took approximately 15 minutes to get in touch with the locator and resolve the issue. After that, we were finally given access to the apartment. At first glance, everything seemed fine, but upon closer inspection, we noticed several problems. The carpets are overdue to be replaced, the microwave does not work, the shower in the bedroom does not drain properly, the closet doors had been removed, and there were no curtains in the living area. Later, when we attempted to use the elevator, it took about 10–15 minutes to reach our floor because it was stopping at every level. We were on the 25th floor, and only one elevator was functioning, which caused significant delays. Overall, our experience was not the best, although it ultimately served its purpose.

Tel qu’attendu et fidèle à la description. L’appartement était propre, bien équipé et confortable. Très belle vue et bien situé.Il nous a été facile d’obtenir les clés à la réception du bâtiment. Il n’y avait cependant qu’une seule clé, ce qui a un peu compliqué les choses pour notre groupe.

Communication with the host was terrible. Had questions about what was in the unit and received no answer, there was no contact from them till around 8 hours before check in. Only response was that we can’t get early check in and that there would be free bag drop off at the concierge which they sent us to a burger place to drop our luggage and they were going to charge us 10 a bag so we just hauled them around for a few hours instead. Asked where the free bag drop off was and still no response. The last response was check out details and asking to give a 10/10 rating. Room was nice and location was really good. Building seems to be a bit run down, only one elevator working which made waits really long. Only good thing about this is the location and the room was decent

Did not even get to see this unit. I booked it and at noon on the day of check in (4pm) I receieved a message from the host saying the unit had a flood from the last guest and was not fixed so they moved us. They moved us to a different building and said it was an upgrade (haha, not even). Absolutely no CN tower view, actually no view at all, low floor and the unit was quite dated. Very disappointing. I paid a good amount of money for this unit i booked, and the unit they moved us to was defintaly not worth the amount paid, thata for sure. I messaged the host 3 days, 2 days, 1 day and the morning we were suppose to check in asking for the check in instructions and did not get a response until 12 of check in day.

Great downtown weekend adventure!

A good friend and I brought our 15 year old daughters to Toronto for a special concert over the weekend. We wanted to stay close enough we could walk to everything, and this was perfect! We were able to walk to Budweiser Stage as well as to shopping and plenty of wonderful dining options. It was quiet, clean and comfortable and we loved that we could park without an additional fee. The staff in the lobby was very friendly and helpful.

We didn't actually get to stay here, as late the night before we were supposed to check in it was canceled by host, due to "clogged toilet". I had messaged host to ask about check in information and received a cancelation as a response. No idea if they could have given me more notice, which would have been ideal rather than waking up to no where to stay that night.

The place you stay is not the one in the picture. It has a totally different view of a power station. Bedroom doors would not close. The balcony door would not close or lock and all the carpet was stained in every bedroom . The couch was broke and the fan in the bathroom was duck taped. The communication was terrible with the host. I tried calling and messaging to get information about the stay with no response until the day before our stay and was still given the wrong check in time. I had paid 5 weeks in advance. Just skip this one. The host and place were we stayed was very sketchy!

We were travelling as a family of 4 (1 toddler and a baby) and with my mother for a quick weekend in Toronto. We were looking for a place with almost everything included, and close to attractions without using the car. On the day of arrival, we received a message that we got upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment, which I thought was really nice. We got to the apartment 2 hours after the checkin and realized the apartment was not ready. I never got to Speak to someone by phone, but exchanged texts. They arranged the cleaning and the parking (since our car was to high for the parking lot). We realized lots of things were missing from the ad: coffee maker, microwave (was not working), iron, hair dryer, high chair, children ware, toaster and full curtains. The last two were provided upon request and it was appreciated. I think there are important ajustments to make in the near future. The new curtains are too short, the carpets in the bedrooms need to be cleaned, the freezer needs to be checked as it was not cold enough and leeking, the closet doors need to be installed in two bedrooms, new blinds are needed in the living room, the couch needs to be checked as the back is broken, and the chairs need to be fixed (missing or loose bolts). However, it is close to everything and we manage to get what we needed when asking. The person I was exchanging texts with was very helpful. I’m just wondering how can this apartment car be described as luxurious as it is very basic.

Amazing location right in the heart of many of the cities main attractions. Comfortable walking distance to most of Toronto's top attractions and restaurants. Condo was as pictured and described. Small issue with the elevators while we were there but that was a building problem not related to the unit. Great to have parking included. Overall, a great stay.

Perfect location, comfortable accommodations!

The property is basically across the street from Rogers Center. Its tucked away but right on Front street, many local restaurants near by. Walking distance to almost all. With a public parking lot next door if needed.

Perfect for 1st time!

This was our first trip to Toronto and this location was great! Easy to walk to some great areas of the city. The space was really comfortable and has great views.

Nice place in the heart of the city.

We really enjoyed experiencing being in the heart of a big city, and this high-rise was perfect for that. Great view (if you are not afraid of height) and steps away from everything. The place was nice, and clean. There was an issue with the original unit, which we were not happy about, but the owner/manager did their best to fix, so it was all good in the end. One star minus for the check-in process, as the keys were at a different location, and it is hard to find a parking spot there, and the description for finding the parking spot, and then the unit in the building is not entirely correct. Overall, I would rent it again.
