Please consider your mobility needs, as the stairs are the primary access to different parts of the house.

If you are traveling with young children, please supervise them around the stairs at all times since we don't have safety gates for the stairs in the house.

We understand that stairs might not suit everyone, and we want to be transparent about their presence in our home. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the stairs or need additional information to make an informed decision, please feel free to contact us.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ PETS POLICY ★
✔ We welcome dogs up to 50 lbs with a fee of $100 per pet, limit 2.
✔ WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY PETS OTHER THAN DOGS.
✔ Pets should not be left unattended in the house, unless housed in its own crate.
✔ We kindly request that you use pet blanket provided on the furniture for your pets.
✔ Pets are not allowed in the hot tub.
✔ Please clean up after your pets and dispose of waste properly. We provide waste bags.
✔ Do not use kitchen dishes for your pets. There are bowls provided for your pets.
✔ Please be cautious of the presence of wild animals and keep an eye on your pets. There have been sightings of deer and a bear in the neighborhood.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will incur a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
